About SOUND OFF:
Every first Wednesday of the month beginning in October and concluding in March, 5 local bands/musicians take the stage at the Square Room to showcase their individual talents and make their mark on the Knoxville music scene.
Each band/musician will play 2 original songs and 1 tribute song. The tribute artist for each round is announced 2 weeks before each round. This month participants may choose from Backstreet Boys, N'SYNC, BoyzIIMen, New Kids on the Block and New Edition.
A winner is selected from each round to advance to the finals. Of those 5 winners, one lucky group wins a developmental package that will help launch their musical career.
