Boyd’s Jig and Reel Beer and Whisky Dinner! Thursday, September 28th!

Boyd’s Jig and Reel wants to welcome new chef, Patrick Thompson, with a four course dinner!

First Course-Mixed field greens with mandarin oranges, goat cheese and candied walnuts tossed with a lemon and honey, herbed vinaigrette. Paired with WooHa Weat Beer

Second course-Oven roasted bone marrow served with a bacon and maple marmalade and sourdough toast. Paired with Taliker Storm Scotch Whisky

Main course- Prosciutto wrapped quail stuffed with Spinach and Red Dragon cheese. Served with a cranberry jalapeno chutney and creamy rosemary polenta. Paired with WooHa Porter

Dessert- Scottish Creamed Bun. A Pate a choux filled will Chantilly cream and topped with powdered sugar. Paired with Glen Grant 10 year Scotch Whisky
