UT Gardens Work Day on April 14!

UT Gardens Work Day will be held at the UT Gardens on Saturday, April 14 from 9:00 a.m. to noon. UTK's Office of Sustainability is having a service day in partnership with the UT Gardens. They will be working in the Native American Interpretive Gardens, which utilizes native plantings, and the signage includes the Cherokee names for each of the plants, along with any uses they had for the plant.

Earth Month Celebration at HSS Amphitheater on April 19!

UTK's Office of Sustainability will hold an Earth Month Celebration event on Thurs. April 19 at the HSS Amphitheater, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Earth Month Celebration will feature dozens of environmentally focused organizations from UT and the greater Knoxville community, as well as vendors, artisans, and businesses who promote sustainable practices. There will be free food, music, and more.
