Are you looking for something to spice up your apartment or dorm room? The poster sale at UT’s University Center, in room 221, is open WEEKDAYS from 9am to 6pm now through August 26th. They accept major credit cards and the Vol Card. There are thousands of posters like Woodstock, 2 Pac, Bob Marley, Kid Cudi, Wiz Khalifa, the Beatles, and more. Film and TV posters including Weeds, Dark Knight, Dexter, Dr. Who, the Hangover, Pulp Fiction, Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, Spongebob Squarepants, and more.

Library Hosts African American Achievement Showcase / LIVE Broadcast

 

The UT  Libraries will host an afternoon of events celebrating the achievements of African American students and faculty at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Music, poetry, displays-and more-  are scheduled for Thursday,  September 8, 2:00-4:00, in the John C. Hodges Library.

Stapleton’s riff-driven, fist-pumping sonic assault is said to be along the AC/DC bar rock variety. Touring after the recent release of their self-titled CD, as heard on The Rock, this will be THE JOMPSON BROTHERS Knoxville debut.
