Hosted by longtime Knoxville music writer and supporter, Wayne Bledsoe, “The Six O’Clock Swerve” is a weekly Thursday night live concert open to the public at Barleys’ in the Old City beginning at 6:00pm, and featuring local and regional musicians and bands, many heard on The Rock. Live debate on WUTK’s Rocky Top Round Up- Tuesday, April 23rd @ 7pm
Live debate – featuring the Speech and Debate Society – on the two sides of the issue of “Living in East Tennessee, covering the future of housing”. Cost and availability play a large role in the quality of life in our community. It will be a joint effort by media outlets across the College of Communication and Information. The coverage will include print, video, and audio news stories, special radio programming, and explainer videos on the topic of housing. Each publication will host and share its own content via its own platforms.
